PhysicsDock

Local-first physics tools hub

Legal

Privacy Policy

PhysicsDock is designed as a local-first educational web app. This policy explains what data is and is not collected when you use the site.

1. Local-first calculations

PhysicsDock performs its physics calculations in your browser. Tool inputs such as numbers, equations, and diagram settings are not uploaded to a PhysicsDock server because PhysicsDock does not use an application backend for those calculations.

2. Analytics

If you accept analytics, PhysicsDock loads Google Analytics to measure general site traffic such as page views. Analytics is disabled by default until you make a choice in the consent banner.

PhysicsDock is configured not to send calculator inputs, pasted datasets, or diagram contents to analytics. If analytics is declined or blocked, the site still functions normally.

3. Browser storage

PhysicsDock may store local preferences in your browser, such as analytics consent choices and tool state saved only on your device. This storage is used to make the site easier to use and is not sold or shared as advertising profile data by PhysicsDock.

4. California notice

PhysicsDock is operated from California, United States. California residents may contact us to ask privacy-related questions or request clarification about this policy. PhysicsDock does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of that term and is intended to minimize personal data collection.
